Bold Leadership Culture became part of my story because I chose reinvention.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Management in Tourism from Libertas International University in Dubrovnik, and my early direction was rooted in food and hospitality industry. Shifting my calling from hospitality into the corporate world was a bold step, and it has become one of the most meaningful and rewarding decisions in my career.

Today, I serve as Head of Operations. My focus is creating the conditions for great work to happen—designing and improving internal processes, strengthening coordination, and ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly so the team can stay aligned and fully present for the leadership work we deliver.

I am inspired by visual art and creative expression, and I bring that creative mindset into how I solve problems. It helps me connect details into a bigger picture and approach challenges with flexibility and perspective. I’m committed to continuous learning and growth, and I value contributing in ways that are practical, thoughtful, and connected to a larger purpose.

Boldness resonates with. I see it as courage in practice: taking ownership, making clear decisions, and moving forward even when not everything is perfectly defined.
