I am a leadership coach, facilitator, and trainer who brings a passion for new perspectives, personal development, and growth into every facilitation, training program, and individual coaching session.

I began my career in the manufacturing industry and later transitioned into FMCG retail, where I spent the next 20 years working in Croatia and internationally, holding various managerial positions in procurement. During this period, I had the opportunity to establish and lead part of the purchasing management team in Bulgaria—overseeing operations while actively supporting the development of leadership skills. In other leadership roles, such as Team Lead and Non-Food Purchasing Director, I consistently embraced a coaching-based leadership style, believing it to be the most effective way to support team growth and enable people to thrive.

After leaving the corporate world, I decided to build my own business—initially as a consultant, facilitator, and trainer, in different manufacturing industries and retail. Over time, I followed my passion for coaching and now I hold the CPCC credential as a certified Co-Active Coach.

Building strong partnerships with clients and standing beside them in their boldness and transformation is my greatest source of inspiration and strength. I believe in authentic leadership and in leaders who are able to lead with both, heart and mind, through openness, transparency, and by creating rich soil in which people and organizations can grow.

Besides Croatian as my native language, I am confident in coaching, training, and facilitation in English and German.

Even in my free time, I seek development in different ways—through natural horsemanship with my horse, where I explore the beauty of non-verbal communication and the subtle art of emotional awareness, or through training with my dog or by riding my motorcycle.
